Ten More Minutes, Please.
When the timer rings, what will Star do?

School has started, and Star always says “ten more minutes.” This December, she and her parents — plus her friend Chen’s family — will go to the mountains to watch the Geminid meteor shower. Every time she finishes something, she folds a paper star into the jar. At 30 stars, she can trade them for a tent of her own.
Each episode practices one small self-regulation skill: starting by yourself, cleaning up after play, estimating time, taking one step at a time, keeping promises, naming feelings, waiting patiently. It begins with tape, a whiteboard, and little cards on the fridge, then grows into needing fewer reminders — until even the list isn’t needed, and she can help everyone finish together.
The stories sit in everyday family life: festivals, night markets, school lunch, sports day, and riverside parks. About five minutes each, for preschool through early elementary, in simple English that is easy to follow along with.
